Free Range, Rare Breed Sausages

 

                                      Our delicious handmade sausages are packed

with flavour which comes from using the best

cuts of the pig (shoulders, legs and loins).

These are blended with carefully selected

seasonings to compliment the wonderful

flavour, not overwhelm it.  Currently available

in four varieties:

 

•        Signature Pork - lightly seasoned to enhance  

• the wonderful free-range pork flavour.    

• Olde English - flavoured with sage, marjoram

• and parsley                                                 

• Signature Pork & Apple - all the flavour of     

• our Signature Pork, with a hint of added  

• sweetness from Bramley apples.                

• Gluten-free - lightly seasoned and with a       

• subtle flavour of herbs which do not         

• compromise on texture and flavour.         

Chipolatas and sausagemeat  - chipolatas sold in trays of 10, sausage meat in 1lb tubes.

Pork and apple burgers - 1/4 lb and 1/2 lb burgers - simply delicious

Sausages are sold in trays of 8.
